Stepwell Care, a new addiction treatment provider dedicated to offering the highest-quality, evidence-based care, is launching our first clinic today in Tampa. At Stepwell Care, we are committed to delivering integrated, whole-person care, ensuring each client has a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Our stepped care model includes Ambulatory (Outpatient) Detoxification, High Intensity Outpatient (PHP, Day/Night), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient and after care options for clients.

Stepwell leverages the latest technology to offer a hybrid program that combines both in-person and virtual care. By integrating the latest clinical evidence with our proprietary software, Stepwell provides each client with a truly individual treatment experience, offering increased flexibility and convenience while delivering the highest quality outcomes.

The Stepwell care model includes:

• Team-based care brings together licensed therapists, counselors, certified recovery peer specialists, care coordinators, registered nurses, and our psychiatrist led medical team to provide integrated care.

• A strengths-based approach focussed on Social Determinants of Health and incorporating latest evidence on recovery capital.

• Access to evidence-based medications (MAT) for substance use disorders, such as Buprenorphine and Naltrexone.

• A chronic disease treatment model that support long term recovery and on-going support past traditional levels of care.

• Flexible scheduling, providing patients with both in-person and virtual care options, reducing barriers to receiving ongoing care.

• Same-day enrollment followed by a comprehensive in-person intake.

Our stepped care model ensures continuity of care for our clients and seamless transitions across levels of care. We also provide clients with long-term engagement in their recovery through personalized care plans, support, and modules addressing biological, psychological, and socio-environmental factors.

Upon program completion, alumni have access to our app and free peer-led groups offered both in-person and virtually, indefinitely.
